Fabric.com 3 pound assortment |
Description: You will receive three pounds of cotton fabric, approximately nine yards of fabric. Assortments are packaged at random with end-of-the-bolt remnant fabrics. Individual fabric pieces can range in size from 1/8 yard up about one yard each.
This is good or bad depending on your outlook, I ended up with 9 different fabrics, about one yard each. However since I either don't like most of them, or they aren't suited for my style, I'm a bit let down, I was hoping for smaller cuts and more variety. I do think the bottom middle one will be fun to use (Velocity Tonal City in Navy - Jessica Hogarth for P&B fabric)
The good news is they are all current fabrics, so they weren't sending $4 super sale fabrics, they are all about $9/yard so $20 for this assorted bundle is a really good value if you end up a few fabrics you like or have people to trade with.
My Father-in-law has tractors, so I am going to work hard to see if I can make something out of this sucker to the left for him for Christmas (sorry Dad, but its fate!).
If my Mom was here, she might like these, I swear she made a vest for every holiday or season that exists - but she ran off and retired to Mexico, so I am seeking a loving home for a couple of these fabrics. If you or somebody you know likes a more "niche" fabric, it would make me happy to adopt it out.
Autumn Fabric Giveaway |
Beauty of Autumn Harvest Toss in Brown
Beauty of Autumn Leaf Toss in Green
There is about 1 yard of each & its unwashed (note: each fabric has about a 4" square cut out of it, they must take it for referencing something)
I'm also throwing in a Pilot FriXion pen in red - I won one in a giveaway and liked it enough that I went out and got a few more.
